Every property deserves to be seen.
Putting a property online in Pakistan is expensive. For a large agency that cost is one line on a budget. For an agent with a handful of listings, or a developer launching a first project, it is often the reason the property never goes online at all.

Why we built this
Cost should not decide which properties get seen.
PakGharana was built to take that cost out of the way. One property or fifty, one project or a portfolio — you get the same place to show it, and no subscription to renew at the end of every year.

To make it possible for any agent or developer in Pakistan to be found.
Whatever they can afford to spend. A property that never gets listed helps nobody — not the owner, not the agent, and not the buyer who would have wanted it.

Who built it
Two people. No real estate group behind them.
PakGharana is the work of two people, one from FAST-NU and one from IBA. One side of this portal is the engineering; the other is how the market actually behaves.
Neither of us comes from a large real estate group. That is part of the point.

What we don’t do
- We take no commission on any sale or rental.
- We do not sit between a buyer and an agent — every listing carries the agent’s own contact details.
- We do not sell your data.
